Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Warranty

Products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
